The Competence Centre on Health Technologies is a biotechnology company focused on research and product development in personal medicine, drug development and both human and veterinary reproductive medicine. Our collaboration partners include both leading Estonian scientists and biotechnology companies as well as scientific, medical and R&D institutions from Europe, Asia and America.

Center of Food and Fermentation Technologies (TFTAK)

Center of Food and Fermentation Technologies (TFTAK) is established in 2004 by six enterprises and Tallinn University of Technology. The development of a systems biology platform for the study of microorganisms is the main scope and content of the research in TFTAK.

Bio‐Competence Centre of Healthy Dairy Products LLC (BioCC) carries out interdisciplinary R&D and services throughout the entire food chain — starting from breeding, feeding and animal husbandry up to creation of health‐promoting food products and conducting the clinical trials to demonstrate their the health benefits.

Software Technology and Applications Competence Centre (STACC) is R&D organisation where companies can access expertise in (big) data analytics and co-develop visionary technology products in this field. STACC was established in 2009 with the mission to conduct applied research in cooperation with a consortium of scientific and industrial partners.

Innovative Manufacturing Engineering Systems Competence Centre (IMECC OÜ) is founded in 2009. Main objective of IMECC OÜ is to develop and promote novel manufacturing and to create preconditions for development of efficient, intelligent and competitive production. In research and development, we follow Industry 4.0 concept and concept of factory of the future.
