Seminar about using effectively EurekAlert website for distributing Estonian science news and press releases.
Seminar will be carried out by Katre Tatrik (science journalist, ERR Novaator editor) and Andi Hektor (senior researcher in KBFI and Estonian Science Journalists Associations board member).
In the seminar followint topics will be covered:
– Why to talk about Estonian science outside of Estonia?
– What to talk about Estonian science outside of Estonia?
– What is EurekAlert and how to write press release there what media wants to share in their own channels?
– Practical exercise with press release
Seminar is free of charge and it will be funded by European Regional Development Fund under the Mobilitas Pluss program through Research in Estonia Activities.
